Mission
The series will be inclusive of both the Scandinavian
and Baltic countries and bring together two highly vibrant areas
of cultural production in the region.
Nordic film has become, perhaps, a more widely
disseminated cultural export to the world than the region's
literature, and this will be the first academic series
specifically dedicated to both.
Moreover, within Nordic studies there is innovative
interdisciplinary work done in both literature and film.
Contributions to this series could deal with literature
or film or a combination of the two.
